Tooth removal is an option but so is saving the teeth with dental restorations. Acid production due to lack of saliva can cause all these cavities due to medications, consult your dentist
You need to see a dentist immediately for a thorough exam/evaluation. You may need some teeth removed or you might be able to restore them with treatment. It all depends on the extent and severity of the damage to the teeth.
You should see your dentist . These teeth might be able to be saved . So sooner you take action better is the prognosis .

HI, you should see a dentist. Unfortunately we can only tell you the extent of your cavity with dental xrays. If your teeth need to be pulled, that would be discussed at your appointment
I like to address the root cause of decay, is it your oral pH imbalance, unhealthy diet, or malabsorption where your body is deficient in essential vitamins and nutrients, such as Calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D etc
You need a comprehensive exam and road map to your oral health. Tooth extractions are the last resort.
Hi,
I am sorry but is not that easy to diagnose with a picture only. It is better if you go to a Dental Office, so they can take you few x-rays and make a clinical evaluation, then they'll be able to give you an accurate answer.
You need full mouth exam ,what I saw in the photo. You have couple teeth have a Cavities and you need also to get dental cleaning.
You will need x-rays and an examination first to evaluate the extent of the caries.

You may need root canal treatment, extractions, crowns and/or fillings. Just by the photo it appears that the decay is pretty extensive.

See care with a dentist as soon as possible.
If you are suffering with pain it is pivotal that you seek dental help as that could lead to more health problems, not to mention it will affect your quality of life.
You have many options which include root canals to simple fillings, which if after the procedures you improve oral hygiene and come regularly to the dentist you can stay pain free.
Thanks for the pic- but hard to say without more info, you’ll need to see your Dr. for a complete exam. We all usually lean on saving teeth if the prognosis is good and you’re able to, otherwise options will be discussed to see what works best for you. Be tough and get the ball rollin!
