Do you need a deep cleaning after an extraction?

I am a 43 year old female. I wonder do you need a deep cleaning after an extraction?

There is no relationship between having an extraction and a deep cleaning.
An extraction has no bearing on needing a deep cleaning. Signs of periodontal disease dictate the need for a deep cleaning.
Actually, it is much better to get your teeth cleaned before an extraction, so that all surrounding area is in ideal.
It would be more beneficial to get a cleaning before a tooth extraction as it reduces the bacterial count in the mouth and therefore reduces the chance of infection after the extraction. Also, you will heal faster.
It depends, if you have deep pockets around. Normally, no.
There is no direct relationship between an extraction and needing a deep cleaning, but if your dentist recommended one, there is probably a separate reason.
