Talk with your doctor and see a mental health professional.
You may have to access mental health services through your local city mental health clinics which are usually affordable services. You may also look for support groups for parents dealing with problems with their children.
Well, you should try to get more socially active and/or to talk to somebody you trust/like. Consider getting into therapy; there are reasonable ways to get it.
This sounds less of a psychological problem, and more of a social one.  I don't know where you  live, but most places have support groups where people of similar age and interests and/or problems meet and are able to give a person a lot of what she needs.

Hi,

Thanks for your question. It sounds like you need a better support system. I would suggest joining your local senior center. I also encourage you to talk to your primary care physician about you problems, many clinics have a social worker that might be able to help you. You could also benefit from counseling. Hope it helps, and good luck.

It sounds like you should see a psychiatrist and a therapist. Social connections such as a book club or church as well as exercise, yoga, meditation and certain supplements can help as well. You should also make sure to check out your medical health as certain illnesses may cause depression (such as thyroid dysfunction, low Vit D or anemia)
If you have insurance, look for a therapist.
You need to initially start with therapy and if not helping much should get an assessment for medications.
