“Feel abnormal and very unwell?”
I'm having palpitations for the last few weeks, am very dizzy, unsteady, and feel very unwell.

Conditions: Continuing dizziness

It could be an inner ear, a brain, blood pressure or heart problems… or anxiety. Find a good general doctor.

You have to see a cardiologist for further work up . When you say palpitation, it means your heart rate is fast. It does not say if it is Atrial fib,flutter or SVT. So you need Event moniter or Holter moniter with ekg , lab tests to check potassium level & thyroid test. Once the Arrhythmia is found, it will be treated correctly . Especially if it is Atrial fib or flutter, you need blood thinner to prevent stroke.
You need to see your physician. You need testing which I cannot do.
