General understanding of my problem?

I have been having chest pains after I eat and when I lie down, I have taken Gaviscon and all of the said above have stopped tonight when I took it. I have had stomach pulse when being up and sitting down but this is normal as I have high cholesterol but not massively high cholesterol, my pulse through my arm is normal at 80 to 85 and if I move about a lot it goes to 92. I get a lot of gas and when waking up I have felt sick but that hasn't happened for a couple of weeks. I struggle with anxiety and also think I have acid reflux but I don't have regurgitation. Hi,

It's normal to feel your pulse. When you have anxiety, you become more aware of it. This can lead to more anxiety and it will beat harder and faster because of the anxiety. Practicing breathing techniques can be helpful for calming yourself. Taking a deep, slow breath in, then hold it for a few counts, then breathing slowly out can be therapeutic.
