Head pains?

I had blood work and an MRI with no signs of anything wrong. I had head pain in my front right forehead with right eye pain and facial ticks of the right mouth for 1 year at least with no worsening or betterment of symptoms. All 3 symptoms come and go and any one of them can happen individually. I just noticed 2 weeks ago that my right eye's pupil will get slightly bigger than my left eye with the said accompanied eye pain.

You may need to see a neurologist to help you get to the bottom of this problem.
I am not sure what your question is concerning, so I will give you my general approach to head pain. After a complete history (including a review of medications which cause headache) and physical examination, I will give patients a headache calendar and a trigger sheet as well as a sleep hygiene sheet and a stress reduction handout. After reviewing that information, there are several non-pharmacological therapies available in addition to lifestyle changes. If none of the above work, then I will prescribe medication and continue with the headache calendar and adjust accordingly.
I hope this helps.
