Headache and vertigo?

Hello, I'm currently dealing with intense vertigo alongside headaches from the front and back of the head as well as ringing in the ear. I was checked out by my doctor and sent to a specialist to look into Positional Vertigo and that proved to be irrelevant as they discovered there were no loose crystals in either of my ears like my doctor had originally thought. I do have an upcoming MRI but I'm just wondering if there should be any need to worry based on what could possibly be happening.

Probably you have a benign form of vertigo. However, I do advice obtaining the MRI in order to rule out a Shwannoma
Dear lady with the headache and vertigo,

It is best to investigate without the worrying factor as so many things can be at the origin of those symptoms. From dehydration to visual causes, from gastrointestinal issues to anxiety, from allergies to Covid, from old trauma with head contusion. In brief, stay in touch with healthy habits of hydration, proper nutrition including pre- and pro-biotic, and avoid stress. The brain MRI should rule out any intracranial causes.
I wish you a reassuring diagnosis and prompt healing.
