“Hemorrhoids and fistula?”
If I have hemorrhoids and smelly discharge with no STDs, and when I have gas I try to hold it but it still comes out even if I drink water or breathe deep, is that a sign of a fistula? I recently saw a colon rectal surgeon and she totally ignored my symptoms and made them worse by sticking a large object to see in my rectum. That day was terrible as the smell and my hemorrhoids became worse. She said I have to get a colonoscopy. I got the colonoscopy and nothing was found, with pictures and all. The problem is I still have the same symptoms. Was she just giving me the workaround or something? I'm suffering and I need help. I'm going to find another surgeon to go to but what do you think?

Have your hemorrhoids removed by rubber-ligation. There are 3 hemorrhoids have them ligated one at a time every 2 weeks
The problem can be secondary to these hemorrhoids. You will need to be checked for that by a specialist.
