Deep cleaning is a surgical gum treatment that cannot be performed at home. It has to be done by a dental professional.
You can maintain clean, healthy gums by flossing and brushing within one hr. after each meal every day. You may also use a waterpik to flush along the gums just before flossing as added benefit!
Unfortunately, you cannot. Deep cleaning would require reaching deep down into the pocket and scrape all of the deposits off the surface of the roots. Without using special instruments, it's impossible to do. Sometimes it would require anesthesia as well, to make the procedure comfortable.
At home you can thoroughly brush and floss your teeth. Deep clean will be in a dentist office with a hygienist.
