Don’t try it yourself as you do irreversible damage. See your dentists.
Partial dentures can be a tricky problem to fix on your own. The first step is to make sure that the denture is properly fitted and adjusted to your mouth. If it still feels loose, you may need to visit a dentist for professional help. They will be able to adjust the fit and make sure that the denture fits securely in your mouth with no movement.

Another possible solution is to use an adhesive product designed specifically for dentures. These products are available over-the-counter and should provide some additional support and stability when wearing partial dentures. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully and avoid using too much adhesive as this could cause damage to your gums or other oral tissues.

Finally, if neither of these solutions works, you may need to consider getting a new set of partial dentures from your dentist.

Please contact your Dentist. It might be a fit issue due to bone loss, fractured portion of partial or it could be a tooth that is holding the tooth might be loose. It is important to address the cause.
The way I fix moving or loose partial dentures, I usually do a chairside hard reline in the existing denture while the patient is sitting in the chair. In this way, the extra material that is added in the existing denture will adapt better to the surrounding tissues in the mouth and the partial denture will be much stable and tighter than before. Also, I can tight the clasp around the tooth that is holding the partial denture. The process is easy, fast, and painless. We have to keep in mind that our body is changing and remodeling throughout time, but the partial denture is not. That is the main reason why we need to reline our moving partial denture every now and then.
Get it relined. As your bone melts away all partials in a year or two.
