CBT therapy is very effective. I have an intern clinician on staff who has openings if you are interested.
Overcoming panic attacks is no small feet. First, it would be necessary to figure out what is causing the client's stress to increase and what triggers their panic state. From there are effective treatments that help anyone to master panic attacks without medications like: education, reframing the problem, self-monitoring, breathing training, relaxation, cognitive restructuring, and mindfulness.

Cognitive behavior therapy combined with dialectic behavioral therapy and desensitization.

If the panics are caused by a specific trauma then trauma therapy would be necessary.
There are very effective counseling treatments for panic attacks that do not involve medication. It may be helpful to find a therapist who specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral therapy or other treatment designed to help with panic attacks.
Hi,

Thank you for your question. There are lots of natural remedies for panic attacks and anxiety, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). There are many ways to calm anxiety without medication. Anxiety reduction and relaxation techniques include deep diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, grounding exercises, mindfulness meditation, practicing positive mantras or positive self-talk, guided imagery and visualization, and journaling or stream of consciousness writing. I would recommend you seek services from a mental health professional to help with anxiety reduction.
I hope this has been helpful!
