How do you clean a tooth fissure?

I have lots of fissures on my teeth. How do you clean a tooth fissure?

By fissures I’m guessing you mean grooves and we call them anatomy- the way to clean properly is with a nice new toothbrush (regular or electric) as long as the bristles are straight; once the bristles are curved outward it’s pretty useless.
Electric toothbrush has better cleaning efficacy than a hand toothbrush. Remember about your 6-month check-up on those deep fissures. They might hide some incipient caries.
