How long after bone graft can I eat?

I am a 35 year old male. I want to know how long after bone graft can I eat?

That is entirely up to the surgeon. It depends a lot on the area the graft was placed and the size of the graft
A bone graft site is treated very much like an extraction site. Avoiding alcohol, creating suction (drinking through a straw), carbonation, and playing with or causing trauma to the area increases the likelihood it will heal well as quickly as possible. A soft diet can be resumed soon after the procedure. I recommend waiting until the anesthesia is completely worn off to chew anything. This helps avoid accidentally chewing on your lip or tongue. If you need to get some nourishment, drinking a smoothie or protein shake (not through a straw) is a good way to get nutrients into your system. Once you are no longer numb avoiding the area, especially with anything hard or chewy is recommended. Once it begins to heal you can let comfort be your guide as to what you can eat in that area and what you should avoid.
Hello,

You must be careful to not eat anything crunchy or hard on the bone graft area for a few weeks. Please stick to a soft/liquid diet for a few days afterwards. You can eat things such as soup, spaghetti, mashed potatoes, yogurt, ice cream, etc. Be sure to gently rinse with salt water or Peridex.
The answer really depends on what your Dr.’s post operative directions are. Generally a soft diet is advised and gentle saline rinsing as a means of cleaning.
As with any surgery in the mouth, we suggest to wait 2 hours before eating.

It depends on what you want to eat and where the tooth was removed, but generally eating soft foods can be done within 24 hours of the surgery.
You should be able to eat in several hours, but you will need to be careful in that area. Most of the time, the area is sutured over and you will be protected.
Once the numbness is completely gone, I would think.... Ask the surgeon doing the graft.
