Whenever.
You can eat right away after a tooth bonding. No need to wait.

Bonding allows you to eat as soon as any anesthesia has worn off.
I hope this is helpful.
You should be able to eat once the anesthesia wears off
Unless you are told otherwise, you should be able to eat after all anesthesia has worn off.
You can eat immediately after having your tooth bonded. If you receive a local anesthetic injection, you might want to wait for its effects to wear off before eating. But, the bonded tooth is ready for function immediately.
You can pretty much eat immediately. The restoration is cured by the curing light. If you received local anesthetic you may want to wait until the "numbness" wears off so as not to bute your lip, check, tongue. Start with a softer diet.
You may eat immediately following a bonding procedure.
There’s no need to wait to eat after bonding unless you’ve had local anesthetic that could spell trouble if you bite your lips or tongue. The bonding is as strong as it’s ever going to be after the procedure so go ahead and eat if your mouth isn’t numb - just don’t chew things like ice cubes because that can damage bonding.
