I am a 44 year old female. I will have surgery under epidural anesthesia. How long does epidural anesthesia stay in your system?

For the duration of the surgery and as long as needed for post-operative pain control later.
Typically 2-3 hours or less.
Depends on the type of local anesthetic used. Some are long acting and sometimes a narcotic is added to the mix
