How long does it take to fix bad posture?

I have a bad posture and want to fix it. How long does it take to fix bad posture?

Hi that is hard to say there are a lot of variables like patients age physical condition etc..
6 months to a year if you stay on top of it … and depends how old you are and how bad is it …
Bad posture doesn't happen overnight so don't stress about you not fixing it overnight. It will take 6-12 weeks to help correct bad postural habits. Provided there are no anatomical reasons for the postural issues (scoliosis, surgeries impacting anatomy, etc.) you will be able to improve. It takes learning about your body and recognizing when you are sitting in bad posture, standing in bad posture, etc and being cognizant of that and changing it each time you notice it.
