How long does it take to realign your hips?

I am a 36 year old female. I want to know how long does it take to realign your hips?

That depends on a lot of variables such as how long the muscles there learned their new posture, how you sit and how often you get adjusted. it is not just putting it back in place once.
Depends on how your hip got out of alignment? Trauma, congenital, postural. The older the problem the longer it takes. Call us for a free consultation.
First question, how long did it take you to get this way? Was it gradual and then you suddenly realized you had a problem or was it from trauma and sudden. There is no one answer to your question and that will only come when you visit a local Chiropractor and receive a full examination in order to discover what is really happening to you. Remember, Chiropractic is about helping your body become more functional.
Could be one treatment. Might take a few for it to hold.
That depends on several factors. You are realigned after your adjustment but keeping yourself aligned is the hard part. If your body is used to being out of whack it will think that’s normal and try to go back to that. It takes a few adjustments before your body starts holding the adjustments. If you have a job that requires a lot of bending or twisting that will also play a factor as well. Hope this helps!
It depends on your own biodiversity. Depending on your condition. And the amount that your hips are out. That determines the amount of time required to realign them.

See your chiropractor for evaluation to determine your best care plan.
