“How to manage hemorrhoids?”
I was told I had hemorrhoids. Is it supposed to hurt badly and I'm passing a lot of blood. This has been going on for 2 weeks now.

Surgical consult is needed. Thrombosed pile. Also local treatment with Anusol HC.

If you are passing lots of blood, meaning flooding toilet I would advise going to the emergency. Hemorrhoids can be painful however it’s unclear if this is the cause of your rectal bleeding.
