You should see your primary doctor since new headaches are not getting better.
If you have never had this type of headache before then you should see your primary care physician for further evaluation.
Headache could be from a variety of causes. Migraine, tension headache, from high BP, flu, sinus headache; you may want to talk to your PCP.
There’s more than one type of headache, therefore, it would start with multiple type of questions to kind of narrow down the type of headache that you’re having and potentially what you either have put into your diet and or remove from your diet which might have resulted in an exacerbation and more of a continuation of your headache. Do you have a sinus headache, cluster headache, tension headache, migraine headache, and there’s many more along the list. Therefore, it would be in your best interest to speak with your primary care physician about the specifics of the type of headache that you’re having and if you need any imaging lab work and or other types of treatment. There is no panacea for headache. Depending on what type you have is depending on treatment or lack there of, etc.
I hope you understand, I wish you well, I for one can tell you a headache is pretty miserable and I understand and can get your frustration. Your best bet is through your primary and onto a neurologist if your primary is unable to work it out. Thank you for asking and I wish you nothing but health happiness.
