“I had wbc 30-35hpf in urinalysis?”

30-35 WBCs in 26 year old woman is suggestive or urine infection. To get confirmation, best to do a urine culture to get confirmation and see what antibiotics to use. When you do the urine culture, clean well, and use mid stream urine. Drink more liquids (if you have no heart or liver disease) to flush the urine bladder and decrease chances of urine infection.

Wbc in urine could be either a sign of urine Infection or Acute Allergic interstitial Nephritis. We need more clinical Information to proceed with diagnosis and treatment.

Your urine shows wbc/bacteria and Epithelial cells, which is not clear from the picture. Do you have any urinary symptoms? If so, this may be from UTI. If WBC without UTI or bacteruria, it is called sterile pyuria, which can be seen in conditions like contamination of the urine samples with vaginal leucocytes from vaginal secretions, interstitial nephritis (some medications like proton pump inhibitors) or infections with atypical organism like chlamydia, tuberculosis, etc. Please repeat UA and proceed from there.
