“I have been off balance since 2018”

off Balance, had scoliosis 60 degree curve, 2 harrington rods fused to my spine. lower back pain,and into my 10 week of sciatica pain on my right leg. Tinnitus started in 2016, after i fell on ice, and broke my wrist. Was not checked for a concussion. Was diagnosed with Convergence Insufficiency this year. Fell last Nov. 2021. Hit my neck and the back of my head on a piece of furniture and continued to fall to the ground. Hit the wooden floor hard. Had a xray taken the next day. Spine was ok. But never checked for a concussion. Hit the top of my head in 2019....in the back of a Megabus
