“I have numbness in my right first three fingers?”
I have episodes of numbness of my 1st three fingers. I have arthritis in my neck. Could this be the cause?

If on clinical exam consistent C6 Radiculopathy vs. Carpal Tunnel. Cervical MRI and/ or NCT/EMG
While cervical issues can present like this, a very common cause for your symptoms is carpal tunnel syndrome.

Possibly, but probably carpal tunnel syndrome. You need an emg/nct. This test will help define whether the problem is from your neck or wrist.
