“I'm not able to ejaculate?”
I can get an erection, as I get closer to ejaculating I lose my breath and break out in a sweat. The sweat is unbelievable. I'm totally drenched.

You are middle-aged. Could be something serious related to your cardiovascular fitness or another hormonal instability. I highly recommend you see your primary care doctor sooner than later.

This is very strange and unfortunately, I don’t have an answer for you. If you are having night sweats and fevers you may have prostatitis. Also when did this start and were your ejaculations normal before?
