Is a heart rate of 200 during exercise bad?

I am a 34 year old female. I want to know if a heart rate of 200 during exercise is bad?

We use this formula to calculate the maximum heart rate during the exercise:
200-your age(34)=166. So 200 is too high. If you have symptoms of dizziness and lightheadedness , you should see your primary care physician.
Increased heart rate is a normal response to exercise but a rate as high as 200 shows poor conditioning. If you do well controlled exercise regularly you will get the rate down. A good athlete might get his/her rate to 100 because their base rate is from 50 to 60.
