Is dust allergy serious?

My daughter was diagnosed with a dust allergy. Is dust allergy serious?

1 Answer

Dust allergies are common, and symptoms are mild for most people. I find that almost all allergic conditions improve significantly when we eat real food, eliminate refined sugar, processed foods, fast food, oils other than butter/ghee/coconut/high quality olive oil/limited avocado oil. Dairy is an exacerbating food in some select patients. Teach her to do nasal rinses as those are quite practical and preventative for avoiding progressively worsening allergies and be aware that many over the counter allergy products do have side effects. Hope this helps.
