Is it normal for a child to have lucid dreaming?

My 7 year old son often has lucid dreaming. Does this mean there is something wrong in his brain?

Please explain further what you mean by lucid. Thank you.
Children dream more than adults. Abnormal dreaming could signify a sleep disorder but requires a more detailed history.
It's likely normal. An estimated 55 percent of people have had one or more lucid dreams in their lifetime.
Dreaming can happen at any age.
