As of October 2018 there are 14 approved drug treatments for multiple sclerosis. Most of these treatments have been proven to slow down disease progression and prevent future relapses. Some of the more efficacious treatments have shown to improve some disability markers in a minority of patients.
There are many good treatments for multiple sclerosis. But they tend to control the condition, not cure it.

Treatment consists of managing symptoms stemming from MS, and slowing deterioration stemming from it. There is no "cure" for MS.
