Is there any way to prevent skin cancer?

I have a family history of skin cancer. Is there any way to prevent skin cancer?

Hello there! Skin cancer risks can be lowered by daily mineral sunscreen use, decreasing chronic trauma and inflammation on the skin, eating less preserved, more natural whole foods, avoiding toxins like smoking and excessive drinking, and so on. I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can do a full body skin scan including hidden skin areas but I recommend you look as well every couple of months.
