“Is there something wrong with me”
I’ve started to masturbate lately and I can never cream. I just pee and I’m so confused on why. I don’t have any bladder problems and I’m sure everything else in tact. Why can’t I orgasm correctly?

A sex therapist may be better able to answer this question, but it sounds like the stimulation is causing bladder spasms.
Emptying the bladder before sexual activity may be helpful.
