Is this arthritis?

My hands are stiff a lot of the time. Is this arthritis?

Stiffness is a very common sign of arthritis and you should be evaluated

Diabetes is a very common cause of hand stiffness as is hypothyroidism
Most of time you can have osteoarthritis depends on mileage what you have covered. please do x ray of hands and see doctor. also need to differentiate different kinds of arthritis , so need to evaluate
