Levothyroxine side effects?

Very soon I will have to go to class, leave my apartment to buy food, etc. so I sort of need a quicker solution. I don't have anyone to take care of me so that is not an option either.

You sound like a young woman with a bright future ahead of her. The good part is that Hashimoto's thyroiditis is treatable with levothyroxine, (replacement thyroid hormone). The most common side effects are possible rash, palpitations, anxiety, headache, nervousness and hair loss. While an overactive thyroid can be associated with weight loss, patients on thyroid hormone replacement do not lose a significant amount of weight, and too high of dosages can lead to more side effects and are not advised.
I don’t see a question. If the diagnosis is correct, the medicine is generally very safe and effective. If started, the level needs to be checked to regulate the dose. Too much or too little is the most frequent source of symptoms. Allergies are infrequent.

Levothyroxine is a natural substance and necessary to function. The only "side effects" are from the fillers in the pill, which is very rare and if the dose is too high or too low. Too much thyroid hormone causes palpitations, tremor, and difficulty breathing with exercise. Too little causes cold intolerance, weight gain, constipation, and fatigue.

Since levothyroxine is a hormone which your body would have made naturally, it does not have any side effects. There are side effects only if we consume too much or too little of it.
