My blood pressure is 130/90 and currently on almodipine medication. But I'm still not sleeping at night.

It's about your diet. Too much sodium.
Try over-the-counter melatonin
Sorry to hear. Your pain is probably not covered good enough. I would put you on suboxone for pain. You mentioned "a lot of medications" I'm guessing you might be overweight. If so, have your doctor write an order for a sleep apnea test. If you have it, then you sleep with a cpap machine. You will sleep tons better and your blood pressure will improve.
