“Miscarriage or periods”

Hello Doctor
I'm not sure what's happening. I've started yesterday with my periods as i though it was, today i experience blood clots, lightly lower back pains and light headaches. I had a miscarriage in 2018 if im not mistaken.After my first miscarriage i started to get problems with my womb.
Can you please help, i want to find out if am having a miscarriage.

Please call your OBGYN physician ASAP and go to Urgent Care so that they may thoroughly assess the situation and help you.
I would suggest to take it to you ob/gyn and test if this is a miscarriage or regular period. having say that you need to know acupuncture can help you tremendously with your period, womb, getting pregnant and staying pregnant

This looks very serious. Please call your doctor right away.
Seen from these pictures, they are blood clots, not a miscarriage. Please don't worry! you Ok!
Blood clots like these are not uncommon, but if they are uncommon for you, make an appointment with your Ob/Gyn doctor, especially if you think you might be pregnant.
so, have you been seen by your OBGYN if so they should know if you miscarried , also acupuncture can assist in healthy pregnancy and also with your recurrent headaches and back pains
We need to consider when your last period was. I am not so sure if it's period or miscarriage by just looking at the pictures. You may check with your OBGYN specialist.


Make sure to follow up with your OBGYN to rule out any anomalies.
I suggest you see your doctor if you suspect you are experiencing a miscarriage. Acupuncture with herbs, and sometimes massage, can be a very effective treatment for menstrual problems.

I am so sorry you are experiencing this and while I would love to help you with your symptoms, I think your OB/GYN is the best person to confirm whether you are miscarrying. You could try to take a home pregnancy test, but it might still be negative if miscarriage is happening. This sounds like an emergent condition to check with your primary/OB-GYN. Some questions to consider are if you have had painful intercourse within the week and/or if you have ever been diagnosed with endometriosis. Acupuncture, with long term treatment, can often improve the symptoms. It takes long term treatment, as in several months.
I'm an acupuncturist. It sounds like you need a Gynecologist.
