“My back and chest is burning?”
I'm having a burning sensation in my chest and back, my stomach hurts a little. The back of my head hurts on and off.

Unless you have some impressive risk factors, I would pursue a gastroenterologist to evaluate you. A work-up for reflux, H. pylori, or peptic ulcer disease.
