“My child is sick?”
My child has a cold runny nose, high fever, and tummy ache. The medication I gave her is Cold and Flu medication it worked a little but she's not fully better. She has been missing school.

From your description, it appears that she has a viral infection. General support measures are indicated, i.e. rest, hydration, tylenol for the fever, limited use of oxymetazoline for the runny nose. She is about mid-way, should start to improve unless she gets a bacterial superinfection.
