please ask your parents to take you to see a pediatric endocrinologist as soon as possible
There are no known at home remedies to help a person grow beyond their mid-parental height. (Beyond getting 8 hrs of sleep a night to maximize growth hormone production) Women usually stop growing a year or two after they get their period. If you haven’t gotten your period yet, there are some medical therapies they can give you to delay the onset of your first period… but after you get your first period your epiphyses (the growing ends of bones) close and your height is pretty much set.
Your pediatrician may refer you to an endocrinologist for evaluation. Expected adult height depends on the *height of both parents* and on your *bone age* measured on X-ray. The physician may also order *blood tests* to check up on diet and digestion, thyroid function, and growth hormone production. In most cases, we are dealing with* constitutional growth delay* that does not require medication. Getting plenty of sleep at nighttime and supplementing a good diet with protein and vitamin D helps in attaining expected adult height with good development.

Hi and Happy New Year,

Your genetic metabolic clock does dictate your ultimate height, and that final # of inches will be maximized as you continue a healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition and NO SMOKING!!! You have just crossed the threshold into your teen years and your last spurt has begun.

Your desire to achieve many inches more in a short period of time is unrealistic. There are no known ways to tweak more than your genetic clock is pre-set to achieve. You did not share your parents' heights, but there are formulas that predict ultimate height using that data along with the # of inches tall you were at two years of age. Perhaps your pediatrician's
chart of your progress includes that.

I encourage you to aspire to the most nutritious diet you can maintain on a daily basis. Not only will your general health be boosted, but your mood, academic performance, immune system, and stamina will all benefit. Do not short change your sleep requirements! Eight hours at a minimum, and no blue lights from devices or tv left on!!!!!! Mood, mental alacrity,
intestinal health, and GROWTH are all stimulated during DEEP restful sleep. Focus on the stature of your brain rather than your skeletal height as that commodity will accelerate your progress in this wonderful life.

My best to you,

Dear patient,

Exercise and proper nutrition are important. Discussing growth with your pediatrician who may feel you are potential candidate in future for human growth hormone.
