Need help with CBC interpretation?

Can someone help interpret this report - worried with elevated lymphocytes & leukemia? I just had a CBC done during a physical. I noticed that my lymphocyte count has been going up over the years and is a little bit over the reference range. Should I be worried with these numbers?

There is no evidence of leukemia in your CBC. Your lymphocytes are barely above normal. I am not sure why they are increasing yearly but I see no reason for that on this CBC.
