“Pain in my belly on left and right sides and pain above my belly button”
Does this all sound like appendicitis? Happens as I bend up and down and clean motel room bathrooms.

No it doesn't sound like appendicitis, which is usually right lower quadrant pain only. If the pain is worse with bending and movement, then it might be an abdominal muscle strain and not a GI tract problem..
