Pain years after a hysterectomy?

I had a partial hysterectomy 19 years ago and now I'm having stomach, side, and hip pain. I have a lot of pressure and dragging pain in my vagina. It literally feels like something is trying to come out my vagina. It's like I need to have a bowel movement a lot, but mostly there's nothing when I go. A couple of times only blood has come out, (no straining), and IDK if it was from the rectum or vagina. I have had a lot of lower back pain recently as well. I've been pregnant 4 times. Once was w/ twins and another pregnancy was very difficult. I'm 47 years old, not taking any medication or treatments. This is terribly uncomfortable.

It sounds like you have vaginal prolapse. See a gynecologist or urogynecologist for an evaluation. In the meantime try not to strain. This is not a dangerous condition but can get worse if not addressed.
