Pulse rate question?

If your pulse rate is around 50...is there any reason to be concerned?

Normal heart rate is 60-100. If you were a 20 year old athlete, great. At 67, you might be concerned. On the other hand, if you are active and exercise, then good. In any case, check with your doctor, just because of your age.
No, unless you are symptomatic such as dizziness or fainting.

A resting pulse rate of 50 is fine as long as there are no symptoms of dizziness or lightheadedness or passing out. Also, the rate should increase with exercise.
If you're asymptomatic and it's been a chronic issue, then no need to be concerned. A 5-day holter and an echo along with labs should be done as well.
