I am a 16 year old female. I want to know should I whiten my teeth before braces?

You will get the best results after braces
It will be better if you whiten after so that way they look extra nice.
I would suggest waiting until afterwards, after all, nobody is going to notice how white your teeth are until after the braces are off!!!

You have to be evaluated by a dentist if it is safe to do so - before or after braces. There are many factors which can affect the whitening treatment.
