Skull laceration nerve damage?

The night before last I fainted while brushing my teeth and hit my head on the faucet and knocked myself out cold. I woke up on the floor with a massive laceration and what I guess is a hematoma. I knew right away it needed stitches, and hit a nerve because I felt absolutely no pain, It eventually stopped bleeding. I'm like it stopped bleeding no ER it's gonna leave a massive scar along with the other 5 in the last month from fainting which is a whole other issue. But 2 days later my whole right side of my face and head is numb like a shot of Novocain. And a never-ending dull headache and tightness that is just on my right side. I suffer from migraines and this nothing like that. Tired and the weird thing I'm usually a stressed-out individual and I have a sense of calm. I know if the nerves are damaged it to late to repair them just getting worried that dull squeezing won't go away like a water balloon or something.

You might be having internal bleeding. Please see a physician or go to the ER for further care.
You clearly need an assessment with a full history and appropriate investigations for both your fainting spells and suspected traumatic neuropathy. I presume the cause of the fainting is simple even, then treatment may be worth pursuing in view of the frequency and consequences. I would see a neurologist for an assessment. The syncope or fainting may also be related to migraine for which also there are new treatments. You need a proper assessment by a neurologist.
