“Smoking with pneumomediastinum?”
I was recently diagnosed with a pneumomediastinum. How dangerous is it for me to smoke weed out of a bong with this condition?

Although I would not recommend smoking marijuana, this should not exacerbate a pneumomediastinum.
It’s a terrible idea to smoke with pneumomediastinum as the lung space is already impaired and smoking always causes swelling in the bronchial pathways which limits the breathing space further. Not to mention smoke decreases blood oxygen very quickly. If the question is does smoking predispose to pneumomediastinum, I’m not aware.
Very. Don’t smoke. Use edibles until it resolves
