Something stuck in my mouth?

It feels sharp and hurt's to chew stuck on the right side of my mouth close to under the tongue.

Female | 55 years old
Medications: Diabetic
Conditions: I recently had a wisdom tooth pulled on Thursday but it was already hurting

Could be simply inflammation and edema from the infected tooth you had pulled. Would be a good idea to see your dentist. If you are a smoker and its been there for a while, you need an exam of your mouth to check for concerning lesions.
Check in with the doctor who pulled your tooth first. Even if it's unrelated to the tooth, they should be able to determine the cause. Given that it's under your tongue, it could be a salivary stone. If this is the suspected cause, see an ENT doctor for assistance.
