Sore throat or more?

I have a very sore throat that seems to be way worse in the morning. It suddenly came on Monday night, around 7. I didn't have a sore throat at all, but then suddenly it just hurt so much to swallow. I also have a minor earache in my right ear, that's a dull ache but then hurts more when I swallow. I don't have a runny nose and when I blow my nose, nothing happens. I'm not really coughing much. I'm not on any medications and I did have strep throat two years ago. My lymph nodes are 3x more swollen on the right side than on the left. When I do cough badly, this weird bloody mucus comes out. I'm allergic to lemons so I can't try the honey and lemon routine and the saltwater just makes me vomit bad immediately.

Looks like strep, in your picture i see white exudates on the tonsils. The Centor criteria is the clinical diagnosis for strep. (Fever, white exudates on the tonsils, enlarged tender lymph nodes, Absence of cough). Ear ache is common from any type of pharyngitis, because the nerves share pathways at the back of the throat. This is what we call, referred ear pain.
I would ask for a strep test and at least 10 days of amoxicillin.
Looks like pharyngitis and tonsillitis could be strep again need labs and cx and antibiotic may be
