Stomach pain?

My symptoms:
- Vomiting blood
- pain in stomach (way wore after eating)
- pain in lower back on right side
- pain on lower right side in front (tummy side)

This all started last Thursday. I vomited 3 times and it was pure bright red blood. Not a little. A lot. Friday I had pain all day. Whether I ate or not. Saturday, it felt like my insides were "seizing" up. I really don't know how to describe it but the pain was so intense, I couldn't move, or breathe for about 10 seconds. I had three of those episodes. Then until now, has just been pain in my stomach and lower back on the right side and pain in front on the right side. Intense pain. Could this be a stomach ulcer? Or something more serious? if more serious, like what could it be? I know it's just a description, but I just want to know your opinion.

Any significant vomiting of blood needs to be evaluated promptly at an ER or urgent care.
Definitely could be a peptic ulcer, could be a duodenal ulcer! Problem is with these bleeds; your stomach and duodenum (the very beginning of your small intestine) is very VASCULAR. meaning these can bleed a lot and FAST. YOU NEED TO BE SEEN BY A GI DOCTOR FOR AN EGD ASAP. If you are still having symptoms you literally need to go to the ER.
