Precipitated withdrawal is not a concern Take methadone 24 hours after last suboxone.Methadone is a complete vs suboxone partial opoid blocker. They have similar results but methadone can be fatal in overdose where suboxone is not and is less likely to be abused. But methadone has slightly better adherence.
There is NO precipitated withdrawal going from Suboxone to methadone. There IS potential precipitated withdrawal going from methadone or any opiate / opioid to Suboxone.
