“Throat and nose issues?”
I've had a dry throat that feels like it needs to be cleared for a while now. I drink plenty of water. My nose has been stuffy for weeks, my left nostril feels blocked.

There are some issues with your nose and it's best to see an ENT specialist who can do the examination and come to a final conclusion . Dr Sharma
Could be a combination of things. The nasal stuffiness may lead to mouth breathing, especially at night, causing a dry throat. The other likely cause if reflux disease, specifically laryngo-pharyngeal reflux, causing inflammation around the larynx (voice box), causing throat clearing. Both of these need to be assessed.
