Thyroid issue?

I’m on 50mg levothyroxine for thyroid, my latest T4 is 15.1, doctor says this is normal and don’t need a higher dose. I feel tired and low mood.

Your provider should be looking at your TSH not T4. Adjust the dosage according to it.
The only way to know that is basically with checking your TSH levels not t4 levels

Total T4 is not reliable enough. Free T4 is better with a target level in upper 1/2-1/3 of normal range. However, this is less important than your symptoms. A high total T4 isn’t as important as your symptoms. Unfortunately, most doctors listen to the tests rather than the patient.
