“Tongue black dot?”
I am a 20 year old female. I have no symptoms and no use of medication, and I have good hygiene. There is a black small dot apparently a solid one on my tongue.

This needs to be looked at. While it is most likley a benign spot made of of blood vessels, more serious things can occur, so get this looked at.
Would recommend monitoring it, if growing need to see ENT in person
Don't worry about it. Could be birthmark, or simply a bruise. The tongue surface can change rapidly. Looks unremarkable
